You have been my best girl, my hottest girl, most requested, and clearly, most profitable. I know you've been enjoying yourself since the belt has come off, no?" "Yup, true." Rachel knew what was coming. "So have you given any thought to continuing on? Your contract ends in thirty days, but there is a renewal option in it. Have you considered that?" "Well I have given some thought to continuing, but I'm not sure I read the renewal option." "That's okay. Let me explain it. If you choose to continue employment, you can renew your contract for two or four more years. No re-belting would occur." Jimmy saw Rachel's look and immediately clarified that. "What about my deferred money?" "The deferred money will remain unavailable until the renewal is also successfully completed, but the amount you have as of the contract termination would become vested. That means you can never lose the money you deferred from the first fours years. Only the additional money should the new contract be breached." Please give this some serious thought. You've become a fixture for Stockhouse, and we'd really hurt if you quit. My customers love you!
